A Gentle Flower Garden of a Rag Rug SOLD

This little rug was woven with a durable yellow cotton string warp, which united the cloth strips together in a warm and generous fashion. There are soft colours of yellow, blue, pink, mauve and mint green in the cotton cloth strips as well as various yellows. I find the combination very sweet. I used a vintage flower patterned sheet to tie all the colours together. Hand knotted string fringes extend the life of the rug. One of a kind, of course. Size 23/ 37inches, 59/94 cm including fringes. Machine washable in cold water, line or rack dry.
